 Competitors came up and held the 250 lb. Suitcases in each hand for as long as they could. Terry Stanley, who had some very tough competition ahead of him,
had won this event back in October at the Deadlift Nationals. We purposely put him at the end since he was the defending champion and it couldn't have been scripted any better.
Chad Holmes of Sikeston, MO had just erased everyone else's previous bests and held the top time of 1:08. The stage was set and Stanley delivered the goods with a personal best time of 1:11!
