Leroy Marsh Award presented
Congratulations goes to Patrick Anderson who was the recipient of the 2004 Leroy Marsh Memorial Award. The Leroy Award is presented each year to a lifter, coach or volunteer, who goes above and beyond the call of duty to promote drug free powerlifting. Leroy would be proud to know a lifter and person of Pat's stature, received the award.

River's Edge PL/BP Results
Results are posted from the River's Edge Powerlifting & Benchpress Championships held
Dec. 11th in Granite City, IL. Things ran without a hitch and the lifting was complete in a litle over 4 hours.

Anderson duo makes big
splash at River's Edge
Shake hands with the Anderson's, Patrick and Mike. Between the two,
they managed to capture the Mens Powerlifting and Mens Bnehcpress best lifter awards
Saturday, Dec. 11th at the River's Edge Powerlifting Championships. Patrick, entered in the benchperss only division, lifted a successful 600 lb. benchpress
on his third and final attempt. After making the enormous lift, he came off the bench and the celebration began!
Mike Anderson, Pat's older brother, was still feeling the sting of bombing in the Mens Nationals earlier this year. He lifted like a man possesed and came out on fire. When the dust settled, he had a massive 2,050 total and a perfect 9 for 9 day! Congratulations to the Andersons, Patrick and Mike, on a successful competition!
