I think the youth division lifters are the most impressive. Those are some strong little kids!!

My dad has had the most impact on my lifting career. He had been my literal and figurative swift kick in the butt. My boyfriend has also had a huge impact on my lifting in the last couple of years. He has done a lot to get me motivated when I feel like giving up.

The defining moment that made you realize you wanted to compete:

I don’t think I had one defining moment that I knew I wanted to lift. It was just something that was done in my family. Some families go on camping trips, we went to the gym.
