Raw (or unequipped) powerlifting has gained a popular following in the last few years. Lifters who would like to train for a meet without using gear, wanted an option to compete on a National level, so the Raw Nationals were voted in at the National meeting in 2007.
No matter if you are a hardcore advocate of lifting without gear, or a geared lifter who is in the middle of a raw training cycle, Raw powerlifting presents something for everyone.
We are proud to host the inaugural Raw Nationals in St. Louis, MO, for what will be a true test of lifter vs. iron!

We are the Missouri USAPL. This event is directed by event director Harold Gaines. This is the 30th National Meet the Missouri USAPL has ran, dating all the way back to 1985.
