The Mid America Benchpress and Deadlift returned on July 18th, 2009 and was a nice summer event for lifters. Held in Granite City, IL, theevent that was ran in the 90's featured 18 lifters who came to push and/or pull big weights.
I would like to extend a very big thank you to the crew and lifters who came out to make this competition a success!
