Qualifying totals for the Mens Open, Teen and Junior Nationals

Qualifying totals for entrance into all National events must have been met by the lifter in the current year or the previous calendar year.

For this event if the required total for a weight class was met in 2008, you may lift in the Nationals in that class. If a lighter lifter has exceeded the qualifying total for a heavier class, then that lifter has the option of lifting in his class or the heavier class.
