Download the entry form, fill it out and mail the form in with the entry fee. USA Powerlifting membership is also required. Lifters can register with the USAPL at the event. For High School lifters the amount is $30, for Adults the fee is $45, which lasts until Dec. 31st.

USA Powerlifting of Missouri keeps a set of records that date back to the mid 1980's.

All lifters setting records must weigh-in the morning of the event and to set a state record, must be from that state.

We look over the results for every single lifter and compare their lifts to the records that match their age, no matter if that particular division is offered or not.

The Missouri State divisions are open to lifters who are only Missouri residents. The Ozark divisions are open to all lifters, which allows out of state lifters to compete.

Minimum equipment required is a one piece lifting suit (wrestling singlet).

Currently (January of this year) the following equipment is allowed for the Raw division:
wrestling singlet, neoprene knee sleeves (no velcro), wrist wraps, and a belt (also no velcro).

Yes.
Depending on your age there are High School Nationals, Teenage & Junior Nationals, Collegiate Nationals Mens Open Nationals and Master (40& up) Nationals. This includes both Female and Male lifters.

The USA Powerlifting is a member of the International Powerlifting Federation (IPF). IPF World Championships are held all across the globe for a number of age groups.
Past IPF World Team members from this area include:
