A multi-time National Champion in both the Open and Masters classes, Greg Jones of Atlanta, GA is a lifter's lifter who has competed on platforms around the globe.
With more National titles than you can count, he has an impressive collection of titles. Among them are the two World Masters Championships he has won at 90kg (2003 & 2008), as well as being a 6 time overall medalist at the IPF World Masters.
At the Open level Greg captured 4 Mens Open National titles with his first coming in 1991 in St. Louis, MO. Other Open National titles were won in 1992, 1994 & 2006. Especially impressive is that 15 years separated his first and last Mens Open titles.
In 2007, the year of the 25th Mens Nationals, Greg was named to the 25th Anniversary All-Mens Nationals Team. An honor reserved for USA Powerlifting's top champions through the years and voted on by a list of USA Powerlifting panelists.
