Have powerlifting gear and want to get more out of it? we can help! STP Fitness and USAPL Missouri will offer area lifters a chance to learn how to use the gear at an upcoming clinic for those who use squat suits, benchpress shirts and knee wraps.
The gear clinic will be held on July 24th at STP Fitness located near I-55 & Loughborough. The clinic starts at 1pm and it is projected to last around 3-4 hours long. Cost for the class is $30. This is a drop in the bucket when compared to the cost of gear and more importantly, as compared to the pounds added to the total. A map to STP Fitness can be found on their site at the link below.
