| The meet didn't quite have the turnout we expected, but it ran well and there was some great lifting. I was especially happy about the turnout of young girls and new faces that were in the competition. We're beginning to see more and more girls and new lifters show up at our meets, which goes to show you that everyone can benefit from strength training. |
